vo-li-tion  \  vo-'lish-en  \  n    1: an act of making a choice or decision    2:  the power of choosing or determining

The chief characteristic of the volitional act is the existence of a purpose to be achieved; the clear vision of an aim.

We've been there.  It seems that there's never enough time in the day to manage your health and fitness.  It's easy to be stressed about how to fit everything in and stay in shape.  Even more, you want to have a goal; you want to work toward something that allows you to remind yourself how good you really are.  That's where we come in: Athletic Volition helps you get on track in a very inexpensive format.  Take a look at our services and see which one is right for you!
